Coach & Retreat Facilitator: nervous system regulation, overcoming destructive habits, faith transition, and finding solid ground.
About
Tucker helps people understand their nervous system and build the capacity to stay grounded when life is activating. That might be stress, anxiety, relationship strain, or the disorientation that comes when belief shifts. He creates a safe, compassionate space where questions are welcomed, pain is honored, and a new sense of direction can begin to emerge.
He also works with people who want to overcome destructive habits, helping them see what the habit is responding to and building regulation and self-awareness as the way through it.
Through Harmony Road Retreats, Tucker has walked alongside many people navigating the disorienting terrain of religious change, whether they're questioning, rebuilding, or simply trying to find solid ground again. He also works with loved ones who want to better understand and support someone going through a faith transition.
He brings both contemplative practice and genuine personal understanding to every conversation.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what comes next, or if someone you love is struggling and you don't know how to help, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Work with Tucker
Sessions focus on practical nervous system regulation: learning to notice activation, return to ground, and build more capacity to hold what life brings. This applies to anxiety and stress, to destructive habits, and to faith transition.
